Washington: Discharge monitoring needs its own scope assignment
Ecology provides construction-stormwater monitoring resources and describes permit monitoring at outfalls or discharge points. The current construction permit and project conditions determine the actual sampling and reporting obligations.
Sitework Estimate provides remote, plan-based quantity takeoff support. This page does not establish a local office, completed local project, engineering approval or permit coverage.
What this changes in the bid review
Estimating interpretation: A complete silt-fence and basin takeoff does not cover discharge monitoring by itself. State the monitoring responsibility and assumed construction duration without turning uncertain sampling events into invented fixed quantities.
