Colorado: Construction stormwater and dewatering are separate permit programs

CDPHE provides a dewatering general-permit program separately from COR400000 construction-stormwater discharge permitting. Select the appropriate discharge authorization with the project permit holder; a stormwater label alone does not establish dewatering coverage.
