Maine: Stormwater PBR does not substitute for MCGP coverage
Maine DEP explicitly warns that the Stormwater Permit-by-Rule application no longer suffices to meet Maine Construction General Permit requirements. Its stormwater-law resources also address long-term maintenance certification.
Sitework Estimate provides remote, plan-based quantity takeoff support. This page does not establish a local office, completed local project, engineering approval or permit coverage.
What this changes in the bid review
Estimating interpretation: One accepted application should not be used as evidence that both state programs are resolved. Keep the two records with their corresponding construction and permanent-facility documents before finalizing drainage quantities.
