Utah: Single residential lots and broader construction use different routes
Utah distinguishes the Construction General Permit from its Common Plan Permit for qualifying small residential lots and separately identifies construction dewatering/hydrostatic-testing coverage. Multiple lots can require a different coverage arrangement.
Sitework Estimate provides remote, plan-based quantity takeoff support. This page does not establish a local office, completed local project, engineering approval or permit coverage.
What this changes in the bid review
Estimating interpretation: Do not choose a permit from the trench size or a single lot’s area alone. Align the coverage arrangement with the actual development scope and keep shared controls separate from lot-specific maintenance.
Check the project documents
Clarification to request: Which coverage arrangement includes the full set of lots and any dewatering or testing discharge?
