Rhode Island: A combined application can still contain several water-resource scopes
RIDEM explains that one application is submitted for stormwater construction projects subject to its listed water-resource programs, which can include freshwater wetlands, water-quality certification, groundwater discharge/UIC and RIPDES construction coverage.
Sitework Estimate provides remote, plan-based quantity takeoff support. This page does not establish a local office, completed local project, engineering approval or permit coverage.
What this changes in the bid review
Estimating interpretation: One application does not mean one undifferentiated construction item. Preserve the individual facility and work boundaries so temporary controls do not obscure wetland restoration or permanent groundwater-discharge features.
